
Strategic advice
Provision of strategic advice, generally at Government/industry/national level for shipbuilding and repair processes and the facilities these require. The domain and nature of the advice varies but often includes independent design developments or reviews of cost and schedule for potential facilities or shipbuilding programmes. The impacts and benefits of placing of programmes in a particular shipyard are also regularly undertaken.
