• Concept facilities design for long-series manufacture of FRP patrol boats, leisure craft and workboats, Malaysia, 2025

• Build strategy development leading to concept and functional facilities designs for leisure craft construction facility in the Arab Gulf States, 2020/22

• Build strategy development leading to concept facilities design for production of series and semi-custom large composite motor yachts in the Gulf Arab states, 2014/15

• Development of advanced harmonic ultrasound techniques for non-destructive testing of composite products, UK, 2011

• Implementation of production and materials control systems for a composites manufacturer, UK, 2009

• Lecturing and developing training materials for Composite materials modules for a UK Maritime College, 2009, including curriculum, tutor documentation, teaching aids, and delivering training for other lecturers

• Contract negotiation and project management of 52m composite footbridge construction, in the UK, 2008; the largest composite structure in UK construction sector at the time

• Concept facilities design of an FRP leisure boat factory in the Gulf Arab States, 2007/08

• US Government project to develop benchmarking assessment criteria for ship construction using composite materials defining current best practice for the sector, 2004/06
