Benchmarking / Performance improvement

Benchmarking and performance improvement services involves systematic assessment of a shipyard’s productivity and processes to identify strengths and weaknesses and compare against industry practices. Evaluation covers the pre-production areas of design, engineering, procurement, and planning, and production areas such as fabrication, assembly and outfitting.
